For those of you who know Charlie and me, know that we LOVE sports! We love to watch, but mainly play just about any sport out there. Hope on the other hand is not that into sports, not to say she isn't athletic, because she is. However, when she was 5 we took her to a hockey game and she LOVED it. So much so that the 4 months we were in Columbus we cheered at several Cottonmouth games and even watched a game in Atlanta with my Uncle Don (Hope still talks about that game)
Well we finally made it to a Saint Louis Blues match and brought Hope's friend. We were a little worried about how she would like it, but both girls were cheering the entire time! My favorite part at the game were their smiles!
Unfortunately the Blues lost by one in the shoot out! :-(
Notice their gloves. She both were concerned that one would be stuck with the white gloves, so the shared and went mix-matched!
I went to a NY Rangers game with Pop-Pop when I was around Hope's age. I still remember the excitement!
